Remote Once Off Service

  • Assisting clients with Apple software technical issues remotely. 

  • Remote service offering carries no refund. This service is based on time and best effort. Client will be advised whether the issue is hardware or software related. Diagnoses in itself carries a fee and therefore a refund is not applicable to this service.
